Police departments buy a lot of G17 pistols, and when they upgrade, the old ones come back to the market. This Gen4 is one of them, a law enforcement trade-in with tritium night sights and a black finish.
It is chambered in 9mm Luger and has a 4.49 inch barrel and 17-round magazines. The seller says two 17-round magazines come in the batch. Gen4 brought a modular backstrap system, a new grip texture and a larger reversible magazine release.
Factory accessories are not included, and the pistol may or may not have a backstrap installed. It ships in a Glock case. Trade-in guns vary, and most show holster wear, nicks and dings. Some carry armory marks or department crests.
Look at the photos to get a feel for what you will receive. Police pistols are usually fired less than other used guns, since officers shoot mainly at qualification.
