Law enforcement agencies have carried Glock pistols for more than thirty years, and the G17 is the full-size version that started it. A department turned this one in, and it now sits here waiting for a second life as a range gun or a home defense pistol.

It is a Gen4 pistol in 9mm Luger with a 4.49 inch barrel, black finish and open notch sights. The magazine holds 17 rounds, and the striker-fired action gives the same trigger pull every time. Gen4 adds finger grooves on the frame and a reversible magazine release for left-handed shooters. Eye and ear protection cost little compared with the range days they make possible.

Trade-in guns often show honest wear from holsters and training, which is a fair trade for the price. Before you buy any used pistol, check the finish, the rails and the magazine fit, and shoot a box of ammunition through it to confirm the function. Glock parts are easy to find if you ever want to change sights or springs.

It is sold used and as described. Shipment goes to your FFL dealer, and the background check is run there.
