Hogue Piranha grips are among the most aggressive grips you can put on a pistol, and they come on this X-Five Extreme in black. It is chambered in 9mm, has a 5 inch barrel and holds 20 rounds. It is new.

The grips matter because competition shooting is about control. A pistol that stays planted in the hand during recoil lets you keep the sights tracking and your trigger finger steady. Piranha grips have a deep, sharp texture that bites into the hand. Some people love that, and some find them rough on bare skin, so wear gloves or shoot a few magazines to see how they suit you.

The X-Five frame gives you the long slide and sight radius that the family is known for. The 20 round capacity means you can run a long string without stopping. Check your state's rules on magazine capacity before buying, and check your match book if you plan to compete.

We list the model, grips, barrel, caliber, capacity and condition. For the action type and sights, see the photos or ask us. The pistol ships to a licensed dealer you choose for the background check and pickup.
