Four magazines are included with this Prodigy DS, and no box is listed, so what you see is the pistol and the spares. The Prodigy is Springfield Armory's competition-style double-stack pistol.
It does not give a barrel length or capacity, so ask or check the photos. The Prodigy is known for a flat, crisp trigger and a frame that keeps recoil down. It is designed to take an optic and has a long enough slide for a good sight radius. Run the slide by hand when it arrives and make sure it moves cleanly from end to end.
Pistols like this are made for action shooting. A heavy double-stack 9mm feels different from a polymer carry gun. The grip is large, the trigger is light and the pistol gives you a lot of control for fast strings.
Four magazines is a good number for practice. You can load them all before a stage and focus on shooting. If you want a competition pistol without paying new prices, a used Prodigy is worth a close look. It is sold used and as described. It ships to your FFL dealer, and the background check is completed there.
