Four magazines is a generous number for a used pistol, and it is the first thing worth noting on this XD Mod.2. They come with the factory box, so you have the complete kit as it shipped.

The Mod.2 is the updated version of Springfield Armory's XD. It brought a new grip texture and a more compact feel in the hand, and it is chambered in 9mm. Dry fire practice at home, with the pistol unloaded and ammunition in another room, builds a better trigger press.

The XD is a polymer, striker-fired pistol with a grip safety and a visible striker indicator. The design has been popular with police and civilians alike, and spare parts are easy to find. For a first handgun or a spare pistol, it works well, and it is easy to clean and maintain.

Four magazines let you run a long day at the range without stopping to reload them, and a spare or two can go in a home defense kit. Check the magazines for smooth operation when you receive them. It is sold used and as described. It ships to your FFL dealer, and the background check is completed there.
